Service Role
Sky Orbit provides sourcing and facilitation services. Services may include product sourcing support, supplier comparison, price negotiation assistance, documentation coordination, transaction organization, and deal review support.
Not Automatically a Product Party
Sky Orbit is not automatically the manufacturer, seller, importer, customs broker, logistics carrier, legal advisor, product owner, warranty provider, or payment guarantor unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Buyer and Third-Party Responsibilities
Product purchase, import compliance, taxes, customs, shipping, warranties, regulatory approvals, and product claims remain subject to the relevant supplier, buyer, carrier, authority, or signed agreement.
Separate Agreements
All service terms, fees, responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and transaction details may be defined by separate agreement, invoice, quotation, or written confirmation.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Sky Orbit supports sourcing and commercial clarity but does not guarantee supplier performance, product approval, customs clearance, final pricing, delivery timing, or transaction success unless separately confirmed in writing.
